Who created L’Espace?
CLAUDE ALLARD has worked in the real estate field for more than three decades. After starting as a real estate agent, he quickly rose to be manager of several different agency offices. Now the owner of five RE/MAX branches, he has dedicated himself to bringing the L’Espace concept to fruition, showing a combination of instinct and savoir-faire that is a sure mark for success, especially when the market is clearly hungry for new forms of consumer experience.
JAMIL ASSALY-LESSARD is the creative mind behind the Lounge-Café concept of L’Espace, where a modern, convivial atmosphere makes it easy for clients to relax, research properties, and discuss their needs with professional consultants. His primary goal: help buyers choose the property that best matches their lifestyle. With more than twenty years of experience in real estate, he knows how to go about it. After beginning as an agent, he made a name for himself with a number of successful new projects notable for their sophistication and originality.
